Hello! I am Chloe Phillips and I am so excited to be teaching at Cedar Hill this year. Before working in the Jefferson City School District, I taught twelve years of elementary music in Tifton, Georgia. I received my degree in Music Education from Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC.

I relocated to Missouri a year ago to be closer to my family. I'm enjoying exploring my new city. I also love to read and do crafts. I'm so excited to be teaching music to your kids this year. This is going to be a great year in music!
