My name is Marcy Johnson, and I am proud to be a Trailblazer! I was born and raised in Jefferson City and am a Lewis & Clark & Jefferson City High School graduate.  After high school, I started attending Lincon University to earn a degree in Elementary Education. During this time, I began working at the Special Learning Center and fell in love with educating children with special needs. I quickly doubled up my major and earned a degree in Elementary & Special Education and actually did my student teaching right here at LC! I am an avid learner and in 2017 I graduated with my Masters in Secodary Administration and Special Education. This will be the start of my 16th year in education and I couldn't be more excited about being here! 

Beyond the classroom, I enjoy exercising, reading, cooking, and traveling. I am the mother of a wonderful 23-year-old son and two rowdy English Bulldogs! I am passionate about my faith, family, and friends.
