Jefferson City High School

 Welcome! This is my seventh year of teaching with Jefferson City Public Schools.  My first two years I spent teaching Physics First at Simonsen 9th Grade Center. With an additional year of student teaching in the same course at Simonsen.  This will be my fifth year at Jefferson City High School teaching AP Physics A and AP Physics B. I received my BA in Physics from Westminster College in 2012 and went on to receive my Masters in Education from the University of Missouri in 2013. I have also gone back to get additional graduate hours in Physics so that your students can receive Dual Credit through Lincoln.  I graduated from Jefferson City High School and am thrilled to be teaching in my alma mater. I enjoy being involved in my students extracurricular activities and supporting them during other school events.  Outside of school, I am an adjunct professor for Westminster College where I teach algebra-based physics.  I also enjoy spending time with my husband, star gazing, hiking (basically anything outdoors), and traveling.
