During the course of a student's 9th-12th grade orchestra career, they can work to obtain enough points, through various orchestra activities, to letter and/or receive the Seal of Excellence award in orchestra.  Lettering can be accomplished on a yearly basis by accruing at least six points from the attached list.  The Seal of Excellence award is given to a student who earns 24 or more points on the attached list by halfway through their senior year.  Please see the attached lettering/Seal of Excellence document.  You can download it to help your child keep track of their points.  They received a hard copy of this sheet from me at school which I keep in a binder all four years of high school.  They can borrow the binder and update their points anytime.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  Please click on the attached document: Seal of Excellence/Lettering Form
