Secondary Curriculum & Assessment Revision

The JC Schools Secondary Curriculum & Assessment Revision Process was developed in collaboration with the secondary administrators (6-8 building principals & 9-12 associate principals). This process outlines the steps for communication and collaboration across buildings when curriculum and assessment revisions need to be made to benefit student learning. 

All Request Forms Need To Be Submitted By The Building Principal Or Instructional Coach

Upon request, materials will be delivered as soon as possible for in-stock materials. If materials are not in our current inventory, you will be contacted. 

This form can be used to request the following materials:

• CKLA Amplify, Eureka Math Squared, Inspire Science, & Social Studies materials
• Replacements for missing, lost, or damaged resources
• Materials for a new grade level section
