Welcome to Health 2021-2022

I have had the honor of teaching health for many years in Jefferson City Public schools.  I have a wife as well as two kids.  I am involved in the cross country team and as well as the track team.  I atteneded Lincoln University and competed on the track team for 4 years.  Since leaving Lincoln I have been involved in Jeff City athletics and have found joy in watching students accomplish their goals.
