Our district has adopted a storylining curriculum created by the Illinois Science Teachers Association (ISTA) shifting our science education from a traditional curriculum to a 3-dimensional classroom!  The goal for this approach is for our students to do more "figuring out", and less "learning out."  Scholars will not be expected to memorize never-ending content and vocabulary, but instead they will become self-directed problem solvers.
