Jobs for America's Graduates (JAG) is a new program in the 2024-2025 school year. It is a national program that is available in nearly 80 schools throughout Missouri.

JAG's mission is to help students reach their full potential by graduating from high school and being successful at whatever careers they choose after graduation. The program uses a three-pronged approach of project-based learning, employer engagement and trauma-informed care to help students prepare for life after high school. 

JAG focuses on six core competencies:

3. Job Survival

4. Basic Skill Development

5. Leadership and Self-Development

6. Personal Skills
