Hello!
-This is my 19th year at JCHS. In that time I have taught World History, US History, Government, Revolution and War, Civics, Missouri History, and Military Leadership. Previously, I worked at Montgomery County R-II Schools as the ISS Supervisor, but that was LONG ago. Before that I worked at Oreilly's Auto Parts, worked in a kitchen, did some construction, and worked on a grass cutting crew.
-I have a Bachelor’s of Science in History from Truman State University, a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Missouri at Columbia, and an Education Specialist degree in Education Leadership from William Woods University.
-I am an Engineer Major with the Missouri Army National Guard. I have over 17 years of service, have worked 5 state emergency duties, and deployed once, to Afghanistan.
-I enjoy hunting, fishing, running, weight lifting, and most any outdoor activity, although I don’t get out as much as I would like, and spending time with my family. I am re-married and have a 12 year old son.
-I am an Eagle Scout from Troop 61 in Sedalia, MO.
