Jefferson City High School

My name is Elfreda Reid. I have been employed at Jefferson City High School since 2009. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and a Masters degree in Elementary and Secondary School Guidance and Counseling from Lincoln University. I am currently teaching physical education here at Jefferson City High School.  My goal as a teacher is to educate, motivate and create an environment that will help to enhance students learning in various physical activities.  My focus as a teacher is to encourage students to have fun, while enjoying and learning the different benefits that they can achieve through physical activities.
