My name is Ms. Baker, and I am the Writing Teacher on Team APEX here at TJMS. I hope this webpage will assist you in understanding what we will be learning together this year, while providing information such as links to a few helpful websites and a few facts about me. I have been teaching at Thomas Jefferson Middle School since 2002; this is my twenty-first year teaching here! I am confident this school year is going to be one of great growth, learning, and joy, perhaps even in the most unexpected places!
