I am extremely proud to be a part of the amazing school community here at Thomas Jefferson!  I am looking forward to building positive relationships with all of the students, faculty and families.  I believe in motivating and supporting all stakeholders so they can excel in the classroom and in life.  

During my 21-year teaching career, I have taught Physical Education, Swimming, Weightlifting, ISS instructor and Behavior Intervention.  I have also enjoyed coaching football, track, and baseball.

I graduated from California High School in California, Missouri.  I received my Bachelors Degree from Missouri Valley College and earned my Masters Degree in Administration from William Woods. I have been married for 15 years.  My wife, Lisa Walk, is a kindergarten teacher at Belair.  I have two wonderful daughters, Bella and Charlee. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, as well as playing golf. 

It is my privilege to lead Thomas Jefferson and the many talented teachers and students here.  My goal is to continue to provide a supportive climate and culture at TJ that is conducive to teaching and learning.  Go Patriots!
